Steps to Use Auction
Step 1:
Browse Weekly Brochure.
**New Brochure every Thursday.
Visit our website for new items starting on Thursday.
View our latest brochure every week.
Auction is opened Thursday to Monday to view the latest Bid&Buy Brochure.
Auctions are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Step 2:
Click item(s) in brochure. This will bring you to the auction page.
**Minimum accepted maximum bid: 50% off retail value.
Step 3:
Click on Reserve bid.
You will receive an email with "Bid Request Form"
Step 4:
Place your reserve bid.
**Minimum accepted maximum bid: 50% off retail value.
(50% off is the minimum that you will save off retail).
Step 5:
Complete payment of your 20% deposit fee.
**Deposit fee: Fully refundable if you don't win.
The hard work is done...We bid on your behalf.
**This is a live item in auction. You have a personal concierge that bids for your item.
We will bid on your chosen item(s) up to your maximum bid.
We use an "auto-bid" strategy—bidding just enough to keep you in the lead, without exceeding your maximum bid request.
**No Cost if you don’t win. We refund your 20% deposit.
(20% is based on total Retail Value within a slight variance.)
Step 6:
Email will be sent whether you win or lose the bid. We’ll notify you by email within 24 hours.
Email will contain an invoice including: Final Auction Price with taxes and fees.
Step 7:
Payments can be sent by Credit Card or etransfer (etransfer to be sent to: bidandbuy25@gmail.com).
Once payment is received, we arrange for pickup or delivery.
Etransfer: $3.75 charge per transaction.
Paypal (Secured Credit Card Transaction): Service Charge of 3% will apply.
Step 8:
Item Pickup or Delivery. You can pick up your item from our local location at no charge.
**Some additional fees may be added depending on size and weight of item. Don't worry...You will never pay more than the retail price.
For delivery, we’ll coordinate drop-off at your address for an additional fee (based on distance and item size).
Buyer’s Remorse: If you win but, don’t want it anymore ?
There is a Restocking fee of 20% of the winning bid (plus taxes).

Let's say the Total Retail Value is $400.00.
Item won for $200.00, plus HST
15% commission $33.90
20% auction administration fee $45.20
Your total is $279.10 ; Free Pickup or Paid Delivery
That's a savings of 30%. Or a Savings of $120.00.
